RENTAL QUESTIONS

Frequently asked
questions.

Can we rent for a semester or an extended training program?

Share the start date, program length and any setup or removal windows. A multi-month rental can be scoped around a semester, renovation phase or recurring training schedule, subject to availability and the final proposal.

How many learners can a classroom accommodate?

Capacity depends on the selected building, furniture, age group, activity, circulation and applicable occupancy requirements. Tell us the expected users and teaching format so the layout can be reviewed for your program.

Can offices and student-support rooms be included?

Yes. Administrative workstations, reception, private appointment rooms, meeting areas and staff lounges can be discussed alongside teaching rooms. The proposal identifies furnishings, utilities, access and any specialized fit-out.
