What the inquiry form collects

When you submit a rental inquiry, we collect your name, organization, email address, intended use, location and expected rental period. You can also provide a phone number, approximate capacity, preferred application or configuration, desired start date and additional project details. If you use the space planner, its selected use, headcount and example furniture layout can be carried into the form for you to review and edit. The Custom Solutions form also accepts your project idea and optional sketches, photos or requirements that you choose to attach.

The inquiry record includes your agreement to be contacted, a reference number, the submission date and its status. Please share only the information needed to describe your project. Do not include payment details, personal medical information or sensitive operational details.

How the information is used

FORTS uses the details you provide to assess your rental requirement, discuss potential configurations and contact you about your inquiry. Your agreement on the form covers responding to that inquiry; it does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.

Storage and access

Submitted inquiries are stored in a database provided by Cloudflare, which supports this website. Your inquiry is not published on the site. The confirmation displays a reference number so you can identify your request when contacting FORTS.

Optional project attachments are stored using Cloudflare file storage. Their download links are included with your inquiry so the FORTS team can review them. These links are unlisted; anyone who receives a link may be able to download the file, subject to the website’s access settings.

Website hosting providers may process technical information needed to deliver and protect the service, such as connection and request data. The rental inquiry record itself does not include your IP address.

When a sales service is connected, inquiry details may also be sent to that service to help FORTS review and respond to requests. The website records whether that handoff was configured and whether delivery succeeded.

Optional website analytics

If you accept analytics, FORTS measures visits to public pages, use of the planning tools, clicks on contact and download links, and whether an inquiry is started or successfully submitted. These events help us improve the website and understand which content generates relevant rental interest. Declining analytics does not affect the website or your ability to submit an inquiry.

FORTS’ own analytics events contain a randomly generated session identifier, the public page path, an event category, a broad traffic-source category and a timestamp. They do not include your name, email address, phone number, form answers, full referring URL, query strings or IP address. The session identifier changes after 30 minutes without a measured interaction and is not a persistent visitor identifier. These records do not identify your employer or record your screen.

FORTS’ own analytics records are stored using Cloudflare and available to the FORTS team through a private marketing dashboard. Reports cover up to 90 days; older events are automatically removed as new analytics activity is recorded. We remember your analytics choice in browser local storage and keep the temporary session information in session storage. You can change your choice using “Analytics preferences” in the footer. We honor Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track browser signals by keeping analytics off.

With the same analytics opt-in, this website also loads Google Analytics 4. It receives public page addresses without query strings or fragments, broad traffic-source categories and the interaction categories described above. We replace full referrer addresses and incoming campaign text with limited categories, and do not send inquiry answers, contact details, project attachments or account identifiers to Google Analytics.

Google Analytics uses first-party analytics cookies to distinguish browser visits and measure sessions. We configure these cookies with a 90-day expiry that can renew during an accepted visit. Google also processes technical connection and device information, such as browser information and an IP address at collection time, under its own privacy practices. Google Analytics may generate standard session and engagement events. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled in this website’s tag, and automatic enhanced measurement is switched off. Google Analytics does not load before you accept the current analytics notice. You can withdraw using “Analytics preferences” in the footer; this stops further collection and removes this website’s accessible Google Analytics cookies. Withdrawal does not undo information already sent. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track also keep Google Analytics off. Company-identification services and advertising trackers are not connected.

Inquiry attribution and optional videos

During your visit, the website uses your browser’s session storage to remember your first page, the referring website’s domain and campaign tags in the link you used. If you submit an inquiry, these details and your selected rental journey and the interactive experience that led to your request are included to help FORTS understand which pages, experiences and campaigns generate relevant requests. Full referring page addresses are not collected. Session storage normally clears when you close the browser tab.

Product animations hosted on this website may play silently when visible, with pause controls and reduced-motion support. External deployment videos are optional. A YouTube player loads only after you choose to open a video. The player uses YouTube’s privacy-enhanced domain, but playing a video still connects your browser to YouTube and may allow it to process information under its own privacy practices. Links to other websites are subject to those websites’ policies.

Questions, corrections or deletion

To ask about your inquiry information, request a correction or request deletion, email info@fortsservices.com. Include your inquiry reference if you have one. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request involving personal information.
